Lebua tower is worth the price as it has become "cult", Service perfect, Prices partially too high

Rooms, were clean and the Club member advantages were very enjoyable. Personell overall very good and service oriented,. Due to movie location, tower seems overfilled and I was glad to be a hotel room owner. Location good for walking along the river and use ferry to other side to large shopping center.

Prices in restaurant on top for Champaign and alcoholica are overpriced. Fair enough, one is being warned right before sitting down, but of course, once there you want to stay. Even soft drinks are overpriced. Still would do it any time. :-)

Excellent hotel with great views.

Although it is obviously an older Hotel the rooms were very clean and belobender and towels 5-star.

The business lounge was not good. It was much too dark and you could not see anything really. The choice and combination of food was extremely bad. Bread and butter but no other spreads like ham or ham. Cheese scones served with jam and whipped cream ??? Pretzel baked with cheese, but hard and tasteless. Why does everything have to be made so European and then badly. Maybe one curry with rice would be good. The staff was excellent though and the wine as well. I also thought the roof terrace was disappointing. Most of the area is the Scirocco restaurant and the bar was a small circle where all smokers seem to gather, so we could not enjoy our 50€ cocktail. I preferred the other bar.

Unmatched view over Bangkok left us speechless! The hotel could however need a renovation soon.

The unmatched view over Bangkok and the Chao Phraya River left us speechless. The staff was lovely and very attentive.

The hotel appears somewhat outdated considering the worn hotel exterior, furnitures, carpets, and not so stylish interior design.

Amazing views

It was great being so high up (54th floor). The view was amazing. The reception lady was extremely helpful as were the staff in the lebua lounge. For one night it was great fun.

We were given twin beds not the double we had booked. It took an age for our luggage to be brought up. The room was tired (the socket was not fixed to the wall). And the sitting area is dark and pokey.

Older hotel with big suites, good location, great views and a reasonable club floor

We stayed here on way to Iceland and hadn't been to Bangkok since before Covid. We wanted a spacious room so we could easily manage our large amount of luggage. The room met our expectations - it had a separate sitting area, large bathroom and twin double beds (we had asked for a king) - a spacious but basic room. The beds were very comfortable. There was a coffee machine and i got some milk from room service. We were on a high floor with a balcony with a pretty good view. We also had access to the club floor - available until 6pm with food and drinks provided - it was well attended and service was very good. The location is close to the river - about 5 mins to get to the ferry.

The hotel has many clubs and restaurants so the lifts can be very busy at night. We arrived quite late to be told we couldn't have a room with a king bed which is what we requested - the staff didn't try very hard to address our concern.

Spacious suites. Staff have excellent customer service. Good location for the business I had to accomplish in Bangkok.

The hotel requires some renovation. Looks beat up. The breakfast is really boring.

Choose the Tower Club with riverside suite if possible.

Staff at sky bar are too insistent. Give guests time to settle down instead of haranguing them for drinks orders the minute you set foot in!

I don’t know where to begin. We stayed at the Tower Club at Lebua 2 years ago and to our surprise we were abosolutely blown away by the beautiful suite and also their services. We promised that we’d return with our family and this year we finally invited our elderly parents to Bangkok to celebrate their 52nd wedding anniversary at the Lebua. As we were travelling with our elederly parents, the hotel arranged everything prior to our arrival to make sure everything went smoothly upon arrival. Their service was just top notch. Even with my pickiest requests, I could feel that all the staff really tried to accomodate our needs whole heartedly. Anything we asked during out stay the staff made it happen (and even more!) with such detail and attention. My parents loved the place so much that now that we have moved to another hotel and they are already saying how much they miss Lebua. The suite sizes were huge and with breath taking views. I haven’t yet experienced any other hotels that provide such incredible view for such great value. I feel that the hotel is like a timeless classic, perfect for those who appreciate class & style. The huge space provide so much comfort and relaxation for travellers. You would probably want to spend more time in your suite room than being outside. We also loved the neighborhood where the hotel is situated. It’s just steps away from one of the oldest streets in Bangkok with full of interesting old shops, street stalls and local restaurants where you can see and feel the history and authentic charm of the local culture (no need to go to Chinatown). Anyway, I think I can go on and on about the positive things about the hotel but I would just summarize and say “if you are in doubt, please don’t hesitate. Just book and experience the Lebua yourself!

Iconic hotel, very comfortable stay.

It was central and very luxurious, pool, breakfast and room were all lovely. We slept really well. Balcony and view fantastic.

The sky bar was something we were looking forward to going to but the experience was underwhelming due to the staff rushing you. We were there for the night but only stayed for 3 drinks as they kept wanting to give us the bill. We went next door which had a better atmosphere.

Amazing location, and a visit to the sky bar is a must do if staying here for the amazing views. Had a great deal for the 3 bedroom suite (hangover suite), which was the biggest hotel room I have ever stayed in. 10/10!

As the room was rather close to the bars, it could be slightly noisy at night.

Iconic hotel with a lot of dress rules. Expensive food but amazing views.

I loved being up so high and seeing the amazing views of Bangkok. The staff prepared a beautiful dessert for my husbands birthday which was lovely. Tuesday club tower room was high up and spacious with all the amenities you need.

The bed was rock hard like cement so it’s not comfortable at all. The pool area was ok and the gym not that great.
